TAT has gone completely Mad in Isaan and the Whole country 08.11.11

Okay so now TAT sez “The Tourism Authority of Thailand Seeks to Send Message to Travelers: Thailand is Open for Business”  The the Thai government informs the UK’s Foreign Commonwaelth Office   We advise against all but essential travel to 25 provinces in Thailand    I would ask who’s in charge here but it absolutely to ridiculous a question
