This place is not a Buddhist Temple but a sculpture garden of many dimensions. Indu and Buddhist statuary are strewn around the ground. The place has been on the top of the places to visit in Nong Kahi for years now

Wat Sa Bua Kaeo

I used the Tourism Authority of Thailand as my reference the other day when writing the post “Could you win 10,000 Baht from the Tourism Authority of Thailand” (Part 1″ to point one thing out.But there is another point or maybe two here.First of all if this temple is thought to be of interest to tourists, how many more area there and where are they?  Soe are listed, who knows how many are not.

An Isaan Persprctive 21.12.11

I guess the “Bog Blog” is as good a place as any when talking about the Tourism Authority of Thailand. This story appeared online yesterday from the ” Phuket News ” and there were a few things that struck me. The first thing hotel management did was accuse them.

Phu Wiang Dinosaur Museum, Khon Kaen, Isaan, Thailand I

After 12 years I finally arrived to find the Museum open, more or less. I had stopped up a number of times over the years and it always seemed to be closed. The Tourism Authority of Thailand brochure notes that the Museum is closed on Wednesday.

Mahasarakham, Isaan, no time to monkey around

Today I traveled only 144 kilometers, in 8 hours. 4 of those hours were moving the other 4 I spent either photographing, lost, or on the side of the road trying to figure out how TAT or other travel blogs got their information from. As a matter of fact the folks in these photos at Kosamphi Forest Park might well be a bit too bright for the aforementioned sites
