Yaam on the Lake, Beung Kaen Nakhon, Khon Kaen, Thailand

bknBeung Kaen Nakhon sits in a popular part of town, in a popular town park. Walking, jogging excersizing and of course eating.
Yaam is a spicy salad. Remember Tom Yaam Is spicy salad soup ( boiled) and a green salad is usualy caled either saalat or phaak saalat.
These folks are always great to have a chat wit, and very nice to buy food from. Not to hot just right
The area is home to many of the towns restaurants as well as many popular night spots.Food stalls open at the Northwest area of the park about 1700h nearlt 365 days a year.

But rest assured you won’t lack for food wherever you are in the area.

Yad Thip Laap Phet Restaurant , Nakhon Phanom, Thailand

laap nkpThis is the best Laap Restaurant I have found in Central Nakhon Phanom town.. If you are in town for the Illuminated Boat Festival that marks the end of the Rains Retreat this place also provides a pretty decent view of the boat races as well as a daily view of the Mekhong River and Laos.
The circular staircase to the upper floor is the only one I have seen and I wouldn’t want to challenge it after too many Chang….

Duck and DimSum, Khon Kaen, New Menu and More

I quite enjoy every visit to this restaurant that is located on Naa Muang Road right across the street from in “SYNC” nightclub at the Khon Kaen Hotel. The first thing I noticed was the new many and second some additions to the menu. I ordered the new springroll and was quite suprised when it arrived, There is much more gravy than in the photo, and that is not a complaint

Dog Days in Northeast Thailand
