Over the past 17 years I have attended the Candle Festival probably 7 or 8 times and have seen many changes over the years. But not to the giant candle floats which are the same every year, while being rebuilt at each community for each festival This year Asalha Puja, parade day falls on a Thursday, so those who have never visited before might show up a few days early to see the wax sculpture
