If I am in town I like to get my first laps around Beung Kaen Nakhon before the sun pops over the horizon. Since the lighting inside the park is quite dodgy, patchy, semi- there and a whole lot of dark areas that see their fill of twisted ankles, twisted and scraped knees and worse I travel around the outside of the park where the lighting, while still not adaquete is not as bad as the inside.
